Summer Programs 2025

List of 6 frequently asked questions.

• Our summer plans have changed.  Can I receive a refund on registration?

  Full refunds are provided if notice is emailed by May 1.  A $50 service fee will be charged on all refunds.
  
  Requests for refunds after May 1 will be at the discretion of the Summer Programs Director.  Please contact Marty Lerner (mlerner@oakcrest.org) with any questions.

• The program I'm interested in is full.  Can my daughter be added to a waitlist?

  Please register your daughter (at no cost) to be added to a program's waitlist.
  
  You will be contacted prior to the start of the program should a spot open up.

• Are there programs held on Juneteenth and July 4?

  Summer Programs is open on Thursday, June 19, 2025 but will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025.

• Does Oakcrest offer morning or afternoon extended day care?

  At this time, extended day is not offered.
  
  Please reach out to individual program directors who may be able to provide carpool options.

• Is lunch offered for Summer Programs participants?

  Participants should bring a water bottle, snack and/or lunch, depending on the hours of their program.
  
  Details will be provided by individual program directors prior to the start of each program.

• Help!  How can I find my registration?

  Search using the keyword "Active" in your inbox.  Active is the system Oakcrest uses for Summer Programs registration.
