Food and Culture of Western Europe will offer an introduction to cultural and culinary traditions in Western Europe, focusing on five regions: the British Isles, Northern Europe, the Alps and Bavaria, the Mediterranean, and Scandinavia. Mrs. Witt will use her knowledge from teaching history and her experience traveling to these locations to inform lessons and activities relating to food, architecture, language, fashion, and art.
Participants should bring a water bottle and a lunch each day.
