Want to improve your game and build your confidence? If so, there is no better way to spend your day than by attending a week-long program focused on all aspects of playing volleyball. Develop, refresh, and/or enhance your fundamental skills as you expand your understanding of the mental and physical aspects of the game. We will cover blocking, serving, passing, setting and receiving serve by introducing new drills each day that are tailored to a player’s age and/or ability. You will participate in drills and game play to maximize the number of ball touches, all aimed at improving your skills and building your confidence. We will also cover proper footwork, court positioning and game strategies. Campers will also participate in other fun games/activities focused on teamwork and leadership. Coach Rita has over 30 years of volleyball experience as a player and/or a coach. Join Coach Rita, the current Oakcrest JV volleyball coach and a current travel team/club coach; and a former league and club volleyball player with existing Positive Coaching, IMPACT and SafeSport certifications for a FUN‑filled week.
