• Create an OakcrestConnect account and complete our online application

  If you have ever had an OakcrestConnect account in the past, please do not create a new one. If you are unable to log in, please contact admissions@oakcrest.org to have your account reactivated.
  
  The online application is now open.

• Schedule a shadow visit

  A shadow visit is an excellent opportunity for your daughter to experience the life of an Oakie. Upon completion of the candidate's online application form, a member of the admissions team will reach out to schedule a shadow visit date. Your daughter will be paired with a current student to attend morning classes and have lunch with her student hostess. During your daughter's shadow visit, she will complete a 20 minute writing exercise and a member of the admissions team will interview her.

• Submit official transcripts, test scores, and recommendations

  We request official transcripts from the current school year and two prior years as well as three recommendations. 
  
  All official transcripts and recommendations must be sent directly from the current school to Oakcrest. Official transcripts and recommendations can be sent directly to Oakcrest Admissions, either through OakcrestConnect or by email to Oakcrest Admissions.
  
  Upper School applicants must submit either HSPT scores or Upper Level SSAT scores. HSPT scores must be submitted directly to the Admissions Office by the applicant's family.

• Schedule a parent interview

  Once the Admissions Office receives the online application and all supporting materials, we will reach out to schedule the parent interview. Both parents are requested to be present. This in-person conversation allows us to get to know your family better. It is also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our school's mission and philosophy.
