Important information for all new students
- Oakcrest requires a copy of your daughter's birth certificate. Please bring the original to the front office so that we can make a copy for our records.
- Each new student is required to complete and submit the Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form before the first days of school on September 5 and 6.
